Join us for a one-hour online group session to learn about healthy eating. During the session we will identify the different food groups and why they are necessary for our everyday living. You will learn about healthy fats and sources of protein, fiber-rich foods, and vitamins. You will leave the class with greater confidence in practicing portion control and making healthier choices.
